What type of financial options are available?
Payment options: Upon accepting a treatment plan we will gladly discuss payment options with you. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Care Credit financing cards.
Dental Insurance: While we accept most major dental insurance plans the benefits quoted to you by your insurance company are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. We will do everything in our power to help you understand and make the best use of your dental insurance benefits, however please remember that you are ultimately responsible for payment.
What are the office hours?
We are open Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 10am-7pm. We alternate working Wednesdays and Fridays. Wednesdays when we are in the office we are open 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-1pm.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that things happen and sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment. In order to provide timely access to dental care for other patients we ask that you kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.
What if I have a dental emergency?
If you have a dental emergency during office hours call us right away at 720-408-2939 and we will make every effort to see you as soon as we can, most often we are able to see you the same day. If it is after hours call the office and follow the instructions on the voicemail to contact Dr. Wimmer.
Where are you located?
Our address is 6690 S. Broadway, Centennial, CO 80121. We are located on the Northeast corner of Broadway and Arapahoe roads right at the traffic lights.
